Situated within the premises of the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research (NMIMR) on the University of Ghana campus, this building was commissioned to provide administrative offices for the West Africa Centre for International Parasite Control (WACIAC).

The project was located directly opposite the existing NMIMR building. Recognising the importance of creating a harmonious relationship between the new facility and its established institutional setting, Project Logic Consult adopted an architectural language influenced by the design and character of the existing institute building. This approach provided visual continuity and helped integrate the new development into the wider NMIMR complex.

Funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the project was successfully completed in 2004, providing WACIAC with a purpose-designed administrative facility within the University of Ghana's research environment.
