Project Logic Consult designed this four-bedroom semi-detached house for Crico Development Limited as a contemporary residential product targeted at upper-middle-income homebuyers seeking to own a quality home in and around Accra.

The brief called for a modern, functional and attractive family home suited to the character and evolving demands of Accra’s suburban residential areas. Project Logic responded with a well-planned house that provides comfortable family accommodation while maintaining a contemporary architectural expression and generous external space.

A distinctive feature of the design is the flexibility of the fourth bedroom. Strategically positioned, this space can readily serve different needs depending on the homeowner’s lifestyle—as a guest bedroom, housekeeper’s quarters, family room, home office or, where preferred, an integral garage. This adaptability allows the house to respond to the changing needs of its occupants over time without requiring major alterations.

The design also incorporates ample parking and generous compound space, providing the outdoor functionality expected of a contemporary suburban family home while maintaining an attractive relationship between the building and its site.

Project Logic also provided Development Advisory Services for the scheme, helping to ensure that the design responded not only to architectural requirements but also to the developer’s target market and commercial objectives.
