Originally constructed in the 1970s as a gracious four-bedroom mansion with a two-bedroom boys’ quarters, this property was successfully transformed into two spacious three-bedroom luxury apartments, each with its own boys’ quarters.
In developing the scheme, Project Logic identified an additional opportunity within the substantial residual land at the rear of the property. This was used to create two independent four-bedroom, two-storey houses, each with a boys’ quarters and private swimming pool.
The project therefore evolved from the adaptive reuse of an existing residence into a comprehensive multi-unit residential development, significantly increasing the productive use and rental potential of the property while retaining the character and value of the original building.
The completed development was intended for the rental market and demonstrates Project Logic’s approach to identifying opportunities within existing properties to create additional value for clients.
