Our clients commissioned Project Logic to develop a relatively narrow parcel of land, measuring approximately 60 feet by 145 feet, in a quiet and established part of East Cantonments, Accra, into two independent family homes.

The principal design challenge was to make efficient use of the constrained site while ensuring that each residence retained a sense of privacy, spaciousness and comfort. Project Logic successfully developed two well-planned homes, each comprising four en-suite bedrooms, a family room, a study and the full complement of supporting spaces expected of a contemporary family residence.

Despite the limited site area, the scheme also incorporated adequate parking for each home together with carefully considered soft and hard landscaping, enhancing the setting and creating a pleasant residential environment.

This design demonstrates Project Logic’s ability to maximise the potential of challenging urban sites while delivering practical, comfortable and architecturally coherent homes.
