Located in Abelenkpe, Accra, this property was originally developed by the client in the 1970s as a five-bedroom residence with an outhouse.

Project Logic was commissioned to transform the property into a multi-unit residential development suitable for leasing. The existing main house was carefully reconfigured to create four self-contained three-bedroom apartments, complemented by adequate parking provision and a swimming pool.

The former outhouse was also redesigned and converted into four single-room apartments, providing additional accommodation while making more efficient use of the existing property.

The project demonstrates Project Logic’s approach to adaptive reuse and value creation—transforming an existing residential asset to accommodate multiple tenants while retaining and enhancing the value of the original property.
