Our client, a real estate developer, had acquired a parcel of land at Dawhenya with the primary intention of establishing its head office. Recognising the potential of the location and the growing community around its residential developments, the client also envisaged a commercial destination where residents and visitors could conveniently access a range of everyday goods and services.

In response to this brief, Project Logic developed a distinctive commercial complex that integrated the developer’s head office with a neighbourhood shopping mall. The architectural concept was inspired by the graceful form of elegant petals, creating a series of flowing forms that give the development a strong and memorable identity.

The design sought to combine functionality with visual appeal, creating an inviting commercial environment while providing the client with a prominent and recognisable corporate presence within the development.
