Our Client for this project, Devtraco Plus had acquired a 0.94 acre sized parcel of land within the prestigious Airport Residential Area and desired to maximise returns by investing in high-end residential units.

We successfully created value for this client by delivering in terms of design, eleven 5-bedroom units of town houses, a fountain plaza and a swimming pool both for recreation. Each house boasts over 320m2 GIFA, a housekeeper's suite, parking and adequate landscaped compound. A lift optional for two of the house types for convenient vertical movement.
