Project Logic Consult was commissioned by a client returning to Ghana after a successful professional career abroad to design a spacious, comfortable and elegant family home at Millennium Court, an exclusive enclave within Devtraco Ltd.’s Devtraco Courts development at Dawhenya.

The brief called for a generously proportioned three-bedroom bungalow incorporating a separate housekeeper’s suite, complemented by thoughtfully designed landscaping. The design sought to combine contemporary residential comfort with practical functionality, creating a welcoming home suited to the client’s lifestyle and aspirations.

Our approach focused on efficient space planning, well-proportioned interiors and an attractive architectural composition. Landscaping was integrated into the overall concept to enhance the building’s appearance and create a harmonious relationship between the residence and its outdoor environment.

The resulting design was a stylish 325 m² bungalow that balanced spacious family living with understated elegance and functional convenience. Project Logic Consult successfully completed the design for construction, translating the client’s aspirations into a carefully considered residential proposal within one of Devtraco Courts’ distinctive residential enclaves.
