Project Logic Consult was commissioned by a private client who had acquired a plot at Airport Hills, Accra, to design a luxury, contemporary residence tailored to to lifestyle and personal preferences.

The brief called for a spacious four-bedroom house incorporating a family room, a set of garages and separate accommodation for the housekeeper. The client placed particular emphasis on a conservative architectural approach, prioritising generous spaces, comfort and understated elegance over ostentatious design.

Our design response focused on creating a well-planned residence that balanced contemporary living requirements with timeless architectural principles. Careful consideration was given to the organisation of the internal spaces to provide comfortable family living, privacy and functional relationships between the various areas of the house. The ancillary facilities were integrated into the overall design to ensure convenience without compromising the character of the main residence.

Landscaping formed an important part of the design concept, complementing the architecture and enhancing the relationship between the house and its outdoor environment. The intention was to create an attractive, harmonious setting that offered a sense of tranquillity while reflecting the client's preferences and lifestyle.
