Letap Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited commissioned Project Logic to design a new head office strategically positioned at the front of its factory complex along Graphic Road, Accra. The building was conceived not only as the company’s administrative headquarters but also as a prominent corporate presence and point of contact for its customers.

A key requirement was to accommodate the company’s factory outlet on the ground floor. Project Logic therefore developed a clear separation between the building’s administrative and distribution functions, allowing each to operate efficiently while maintaining a coherent architectural identity.

The uppermost floor was deliberately designed as a flexible space, providing the client with the opportunity for future expansion or alternative use as the organisation’s needs evolve.

Architecturally, the building was designed as a contemporary office environment with particular emphasis on natural ventilation and daylight. This approach allows the building to operate comfortably with reduced reliance on mechanical cooling and artificial lighting when conditions permit, contributing to a more efficient and responsive workplace.
