Developed in 2006 for the rapidly expanding Accra suburb of Ogbojo, this fuel station complex was conceived as a mixed-use commercial development serving the growing needs of the surrounding community.

The complex comprises a fully equipped petrol filling station with its associated auxiliary facilities, together with retail and office spaces. Adequate parking was incorporated to support the various commercial activities and ensure convenient access for customers and occupants.

The north wing was specifically designed to accommodate the operations of a bank, with a separate secure rear service yard providing controlled access and suitable docking facilities for bullion vans.

The project demonstrates Project Logic’s ability to integrate diverse commercial uses within a single development while responding to the specific operational, security and circulation requirements of specialised occupants.
