Devtraco Ltd. commissioned Project Logic Consult to develop a design proposal for a modern, cost-effective recreational facility to serve the residents of Devtraco Courts at Dawhenya, Tema. The objective was to create a versatile community hub offering leisure, fitness, business and social amenities within an integrated development.

The proposal featured a multipurpose hall with seating for 250 people, supported by an industrial kitchen to accommodate social functions and events. Additional facilities included a business centre, a gymnasium and a rooftop terrace incorporating a bar and grill, providing residents with diverse options for work, exercise and relaxation.

A swimming pool and a generously proportioned landscaped garden completed the scheme, offering outdoor recreational space and an attractive setting for receptions, events and community gatherings.

The design focused on maximising functionality and resident convenience while maintaining cost-effectiveness. The proposed facility reflected Project Logic Consult’s approach to creating practical, well-integrated recreational environments that enhance community living and add value to residential developments.
