Designed to complement the Devtraco Villas residential development at Community 18, Tema, this contemporary clubhouse was conceived as a social, recreational and community hub for residents and their guests.

The facility provides an extensive range of amenities, including a multi-purpose hall with seating for over 120 people, a restaurant, gymnasium, bar, salon and bakery, together with other supporting facilities. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool with both lower and upper covered poolside terraces, an open terrace, a dedicated children’s play area and a generously landscaped garden suitable for outdoor gatherings and receptions.

The architectural design adopts a contemporary expression, with the building and its outdoor spaces carefully integrated to create a cohesive leisure environment. The combination of indoor and outdoor amenities allows the clubhouse to support a wide range of social, recreational and community activities, enhancing the overall residential experience at Devtraco Villas.
