Project Logic Consult provided architectural design and Development Advisory Services for Crico Gardens, a residential development by Crico Development Limited. The scheme comprises a carefully planned arrangement of two-storey, two-bedroom terrace houses, codenamed as The Barbet, set within a beautifully landscaped mini gated community.

Crico Gardens was conceived to meet the demand for modern, functional and attractively designed homes among middle-income buyers in the urban and suburban areas around Accra. The developer sought a housing concept that would combine contemporary living, efficient land use and commercial viability.

Project Logic responded with a well-organised residential layout that integrates the terrace houses with landscaped outdoor spaces to create an attractive and cohesive living environment. Careful consideration was given to the arrangement of the houses, parking, circulation and the use of available space, helping to establish a sense of community while maintaining the practical benefits of townhouse living.

A key objective was to optimise land utilisation and maximise development value without compromising residential comfort or the quality of the environment. The repetitive housing configuration supports efficient site planning, while the landscaping enhances the development’s visual appeal and overall residential experience.

In keeping with Project Logic’s design philosophy, passive design and sustainability were given high priority, with emphasis on natural daylight, cross-ventilation and comfortable indoor environments.
