Devtraco Ltd., a major property developer in Ghana, commissioned Project Logic Consult to develop a masterplan for a 15-acre parcel of land in the Tema area as a residential community of two- and three-bedroom apartments for sale.

Project Logic successfully planned a serene 420-unit apartment community, supported by the necessary infrastructure, internal road network, communal amenities and carefully considered landscaping. The scheme was conceived as more than a collection of residential buildings, but as a coherent and comfortable neighbourhood offering residents a well-planned living environment.

One of the notable achievements of the project was the successful integration of dedicated outdoor utility and cooking areas into the residential design. These spaces responded to practical aspects of everyday living while maintaining the overall quality and appearance of the development.

The project demonstrates Project Logic’s ability to combine large-scale residential planning with practical design solutions that respond to the needs of everyday users.
