Located in Labone, Accra, this project involved the transformation of an existing residential property into a vibrant food and retail destination. The existing house was converted into a supermarket incorporating a butchery, bakery, pizza outlet, and bar and grill, while an adjoining new 80-seat restaurant was introduced as part of the development.

To maximise the limited site available, the restaurant kitchen was strategically accommodated within the existing building, allowing the new restaurant to function efficiently without requiring a larger footprint.

The restricted size of the site presented the project’s principal design challenge. Project Logic responded by carefully integrating the various retail, food service and dining functions, while ensuring efficient circulation and making the best possible use of the available space.

The resulting development demonstrates Project Logic’s ability to creatively adapt existing buildings and integrate multiple commercial uses within constrained urban sites.
