Project Logic Consult was commissioned by a private client who had acquired a plot at Baatsonaa, along the Spintex Road in Accra, to design a distinctive family residence that would combine architectural elegance with comfort and functionality.

The client’s brief emphasised a unique and graceful architectural character, creating a home that would stand out for its refined appearance while providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for family living.

Our design approach focused on achieving a harmonious balance between architectural expression, practical space planning and the everyday needs of the household. Particular attention was given to the building’s form, proportions and detailing to establish an elegant and enduring visual identity.

To complement the architecture, we incorporated carefully considered landscaping that enhanced the property’s overall appearance and strengthened the relationship between the built environment and its outdoor spaces. The landscaping was conceived as an integral part of the design, contributing to the tranquillity, beauty and residential appeal of the home.
