This pair of twin houses was designed for private use by members of the same family, offering a harmonious blend of proximity and privacy. Located in Haatso, Accra, each home features four well-appointed bedrooms, generous living spaces, and integrated accommodation for a housekeeper to support daily living.

Thoughtful planning and efficient use of space allowed us to maximise habitable areas for the two houses on a single plot, delivering remarkable value for the family. The project was completed with carefully considered landscaping that enhances the visual appeal and comfort of the shared environment. The result is a smart, space-efficient residential solution tailored to the needs of a close-knit family.
