Devtraco Limited commissioned Project Logic to develop a parcel of residual land along the frontage of its established Devtraco Villas residential estate at Community 18, Tema.

The project successfully accommodated fourteen four-bedroom luxury bungalows for sale, developed around four distinct house types. The variety of house types provided visual interest while maintaining a coherent architectural character across the development and ensuring compatibility with the existing residential estate.

Particular attention was given to the landscape design, with carefully considered soft and hard landscaping used to enhance the immediate environment and strengthen the relationship between the new homes and the established estate.

The architectural language and colour palette were deliberately selected to create a calm and harmonious atmosphere, giving the development a sense of serenity while maintaining the quality and character expected of a luxury residential neighbourhood.

The project demonstrates Project Logic’s ability to unlock the potential of residual development land while creating attractive, marketable homes that complement an existing residential community.
