Project Logic Consult designed this elegant six-storey contemporary office building for Crico Development Limited as a proposed premium commercial development.

The development was conceived as a partnership opportunity, with Crico seeking to collaborate with a strategic partner for the financing, development and construction of the project, with the completed building intended for leasing to high-end corporate occupiers. The design therefore sought to create a distinctive and contemporary office environment capable of meeting the expectations of discerning commercial tenants.

Project Logic Consult provided both development advisory and architectural services, contributing to the development concept, commercial positioning and architectural design of the proposed scheme.
