Project Logic Consult designed this contemporary apartment complex for Crico Development Limited in 2007 as a speculative urban infill development in Accra.

The development comprises sixteen three-bedroom apartments, complemented by a swimming pool, landscaped gardens and ample parking. The scheme was carefully planned to create a comfortable residential environment while making efficient use of its urban site.

Sustainability was a key consideration from the outset, with the complex conceived around a passive design approach. The buildings were designed to maximise natural daylight and cross-ventilation, reduce reliance on mechanical cooling and create comfortable interior environments with lower operational energy requirements.

The project reflects Project Logic’s commitment to integrating sustainable design principles into commercially viable residential developments.
