Project Logic was commissioned to design a luxury bungalow comprising four bedrooms, a family room, laundry facilities and a garage, complemented by a two-bedroom boys’ quarters. The principal design challenge was to accommodate the extensive accommodation requirements on a relatively limited plot while ensuring that natural ventilation and daylight remained priorities throughout the house.

Project Logic successfully resolved these competing requirements through careful planning and spatial organisation, creating a comfortable and well-ventilated family home without compromising functionality or architectural quality.

Two variations of the successful design were subsequently developed as house types for Devtraco Limited, with the intention of reproducing them within the company’s Devtraco Courts residential development near Community 25, Tema.

The project demonstrates Project Logic’s ability to develop practical, high-quality residential designs that combine comfort, environmental responsiveness and efficient use of land, while also providing a viable basis for replication within larger housing developments.
